Received it in good condition.

Fast delivery and received it in good condition. Customer service also quite good when they received my request of engraving, they quickly contact me to inform this watch can't engrave due to no space. Hopefully they will provide the paper bag/recycle bag in the future, so that is easy to give people as a present.
