Cerruti 1881 Calliano Men Contemporary

The watch itself is a very nice piece but the customer service at Solar Time could use some sharpening up. Very disappointing service. Initially there was a delay in sending the watch since they identified a defect, which was appreciated, however, once I got the watch the butterfly clasp was NOT fitted on properly. When I requested for assistance via email, I was given a YouTube video to figure out how to fix the strap myself.

I had to take the watch into an outlet to get the strap fixed properly and although it was not a complicated matter, the fact that the customer is purchasing a new piece should, needless to say, receive the item for immediate use and not have to try and figure out how to 'fix' it.

To say that the purchase was a good one, however, it was disappointing not receiving the product in a full 'ready for use' mode and took away a bit of the shine of getting this lovely designed timepiece.
